HOW DO WE SCREEN OUR GUEST?
Every guest must provide a valid photo ID that includes their name, age, home address, and date of birth.
Guests must also provide a brief reason for their stay, whether it's for business purposes, traveling, etc., so we can finalize our decision to let the guest book with us or not.
For extra security, we run a small background check on guests when they book a stay with us. If any red flags come up that will prevent the guest from booking.
HOW DO CLIENTS BOOK WITH SJ CO?
New guests can find us using third-party platforms, which ensures security and a smooth experience on both sides.
Clients can book a stay from 2 nights up to 90days or more if need be. Any returning clients can book directly through our website.
WHY WORK WITH SJ CO?
Cleaning is included after every stay. We have a professional cleaning team come in to bring the place back to life. Even if our clients stay for weeks or longer, the cleaning crew is scheduled to come every week to clean up.
Most of the time, when renting to a tenant, you worry that once the lease is over, you’ll find the place completely different from when you rented it. You’ll most likely find it left dirty or things inside the property broken or not well taken care of. With SJ CO, you never have to worry; we take precautions to make sure everything stays tidy.
Landlords tend to have questions like what if something breaks? Or what if guests don’t follow rules, etc. No worries, inside each property, we use discreet noise monitoring devices to detect any loud noises before the neighbors do. Outside each property, we install a security camera to detect unwanted or extra guests. If any guests are spotted, we notify the tenant to solve the issue immediately.
